Absolutely, we have many successful holiday home and rental customers, both private homes and developers.

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Marbella, Spain, and work across Costa del Sol, from Estepona to Fuengirola.

Do you work with international clients?

Sure! Most our clients are from outside of Spain. We usually start with online consultation with our clients who own properties at the Costa del Sol.

Every project we undertake is bespoke, following a proven step-by-step process to ensure success together with the client. We begin with an initial consultation to understand your vision and needs. From there, we gather detailed information like floor plans and mood boards to define your style and budget. Next, we present a visual styling proposal for review, discussing design options and quotes. Once you have approved the final design and conditions, we proceed with the installation to bring your dream space to life.

How long does a typical project take?

Timelines vary based on the scope of your project, but most are completed within 4–6 weeks. In August and September, delays may occur due to the Spanish vacation period. However, we guarantee completion within 8 weeks.

Can you source items locally or recommend sustainable options?

Yes, we collaborate with over 200 providers, including many small, local businesses that prioritise sustainability. We are committed to supporting partners with high sustainability standards and can recommend options that align with these values.

Can you assist with Spanish building regulations or permits?

We have a skilled renovation expert in our team, but with legal themes we advise contracting a lawyer.
